Design shows in China postponed

It’s no surprise that the shows are going to be postponed with what’s happening right now. People are falling over themselves to stock up on supplies and are displaying signs of selfishness. The world is in disarray.

Organisers of the Design Shanghai trade fair and the Festival of Design architecture conference have cancelled their March 2020 events as the coronavirus outbreak disrupts travel and business in China. Design Shanghai, the biggest contemporary design show in China, said it was moving the fair to May “to ensure the welfare and safety of visitors to our show”.

It might feel scary and most people seem to wear their paranoia on their faces (the masks), but so long we work together to be socially responsible, it’s something to be overcome collectively. And yes, people, please only wear the mask if you’re sick, do not don one if you’re not. It doesn’t really prevent you from getting sick. Stay safe and take care of one another you guys.
