Account Executive (Interior) - June 2021
Account Executive (Interior)
Job Duties:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat clients
- Ensure timely and completeness of taking off quantity, sourcing for quotation from specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors, price comparison, costing summary, understanding tender documents and tender submission
- Prepare quotation, costing and project budget sheets
- Project Administration/Procurement
- Correspondence with clients/subcons
- Coordination of Servicing and Maintenance work
- Coordination of Logistic (Import & Export)
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or its equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Interior Design and Fit-Out industry.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good communication and customer relation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office

Project Assistant - June 2021
Responsibilities:
- Assist and support Project Team in Project Management and Project administration
- Monitor projects progression and update regularly on project related issues
- Manages all project administration document which include application processing and filing management and internal communication
- Communicate and work closely with clients, contractors, building managing agent
- Handle general administrative duties
- Liaise with external supplier for quotation, ordering & arranging for goods delivery
- Replying of client emails/phone calls on quotations
- Provide administration support to all departments as and when required.
- Assist in preparation of quotations
Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- ITE Cert / Diploma or equivalent
- Possess good MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) Knowledge
- Excellent command of English Language is strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in interior design and fit-out preferred
- Entry level candidates are welcome
