Future of Work
Disruption lies ahead. Driven by accelerating connectivity, new talent models, and cognitive tools, work is changing. As robotics, AI, the gig economy and crowds grow, jobs are being reinvented, creating the “augmented workforce”. We must reconsider how jobs are designed and work to adapt and learn for future growth.

The world is changing and so is the future of work. We designed the atmosphere of the premise to facilitate the work of the future which has no boundaries.
It is styled to resemble a lounge to accommodate many different types of career training. The space is made professional yet cozy at the same time to give that “safe zone” feeling for the students to explore and be confident in their career aspirations.
We took cues from the cutting-edge offices that mark the revolutionary changes of how work is being perceived. Gone are all the clustered uninspired haughty set-up and in with the intimate and friendly ambience, intended for collaboration and collective learning.
The colors that we chose are vibrant and hip to complement the subdued tone on some of the design elements. The main finishing plays around with the monochromatic patterns, combined with wood grain elements and slight brass to project the refined environment. Triangle shapes are used to symbolise progression, direction and purpose to instill in the students preparing to pursue their career.
